Why did you start the business? My friend had come back from Las Vegas with an amazing tan. After discovering that this was the result of a spray tan, I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to do something creative while at the same time making a healthy difference in other people's lives.

If you do it again, what would you do differently? I think everything happened the way it was meant to be.
The timing was right, and the experience has been wonderful so far.

What's the best business advice your parents gave? Work hard, play hard

Which personality trait helps you the most? Friendliness. We really care about our clients, and wanting them to have the highest level of comfort is so important to us.

Hardest part of the job: Conveying to potential clients that a quickglow spraytan will NOT make them orangy
and streaky.

Easiest: Making our clients smile. Everyone feels so great after a quickglow, they can't help but smile.

Least expensive service: A "face only" spray-tan for $7.

Most expensive: A "full body" spay-tan for $45.

What's the difference between a quickglow tan and a regular suntan? Immediate gratification! You can achieve a safe and natural tan in just one session. Most people need to lay out for an entire week or take many trips to a tanning bed in order to get the same color result.  More importantly, spray-tanning will not cause cancer! In fact, many of our clients are skin-cancer survivors.  We offer the ability to enjoy the appearance of a natural tan without introducing harmful UV rays into the mix.

What kind of people prefer a quickglow tan? Savvy people who want a quick, safe and flawless tan.  We have clients ranging from bride and groom to body builder. Men and women both enjoy it and age is not a factor.  We get students attending homecoming and the retirees who are on their way to visit their grandchildren.  Some clients are just looking for a natural, healthier appearance for every day, or maybe they have a special event to attend, while others want to look like they have just returned from the islands.

What's the secret to an even tan? We deliver a flawless application because we are meticulous, pay close attention to detail and customize to the needs of each individual.  Also, a professionally trained spray-tan artist does the spraying, not a mechanically operated spray-booth.

What does a tan add to a person's life? When you look better, you feel better! It's amazing what a little glow will do for self-esteem.

Worst customer experience: We have been pretty lucky as far as our client relationships go. Our clients are great, and we pride ourselves on our growing list of referrals.

When you leave the business, what will you do? We can't see ourselves leaving this business, but if we did, hopefully it would still be working closely with the public and making people feel great about themselves.
